facility situated in a quiet rural setting near Pymatuning
State Park in Andover, Ohio.

to serving individuals who have suffered a debilitating injury
or illness and who need comprehensive inpatient or outpatient
rehabilitation services. The focus is to improve the function
of each resident and to restore individuals to their fullest
